Job summary

Calqulate Metrics Ltd. is seeking a seasoned attorney to join its market-leading finance practice in California. You will lead commercial and real estate finance transactions from inception to closing, draft and negotiate loan and security documents, and advise on UCC Articles and real estate secured lending matters.

You will work on both lender-side and borrower-side transactions, leveraging 5+ years of experience. The ideal candidate holds a J.D.

Qualifications

• J.D. from a respected law school.
• Active California Bar membership.
• 5+ years’ experience in commercial or real estate finance.
• Strong drafting and transaction management skills.
