Calqulate Metrics Ltd is seeking a Banking & Finance Associate Attorney to join its dynamic practice group. The role offers exposure to domestic and cross-border financing, including private credit, structured finance, and syndicated lending, with collaboration across offices.

The ideal candidate will have a JD from a top-tier law school, active bar admission in the applicable jurisdiction, and 4–6 years of substantive experience in structured finance and secured lending at a major law firm.

Qualifications

JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
Active Bar Admission in applicable jurisdiction, in good standing.
4-6 years of substantive experience in structured finance and secured lending at a major law firm.
Experience representing credit funds and lenders or borrowers in a broad range of financings.

Responsabilités

Represent credit funds, lenders, borrowers and sponsors in domestic and international financing transactions.
Draft and negotiate credit agreements, security documents, intercreditor agreements, and related docs.
Support receivables financings, structured credit, private credit, syndicated facilities and distressed deals.
Collaborate across offices to deliver seamless client service and manage deal execution.
