Job summary

A leading finance practice in California is seeking a skilled attorney to lead commercial and real estate finance transactions. Ideal candidates will have a J.D. from a respected law school, active California Bar membership, and over 5 years of experience in commercial and/or real estate finance. Responsibilities include drafting loan documents and advising on secured lending matters, with strong mentorship and partnership potential offered.

Qualifications

• Active California Bar membership required.
• 5 years’ experience in commercial finance and/or real estate finance.
• 5+ years of experience in commercial or real estate finance.
• Experience representing both lenders and borrowers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial and real estate finance transactions from inception to closing.
• Draft and negotiate loan and security documents.
• Advise on UCC Articles and/or real estate secured lending matters.
• Work on both lender-side and borrower-side transactions.
