Job summary

LG Electronics USA is seeking a Senior Finance Planning Manager to join the Home Appliance B2B Planning Team in New Jersey. You will coordinate financial planning, KPI metrics and performance management across internal and external stakeholders, driving strategic priorities and long-term success.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and about a decade of finance/planning experience, with strong Excel skills and data-mining ability. Bilingual English/Korean is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Planning or related field.
• 10 years of professional experience in fast-paced finance, planning or similar.
• Experience creating business plans, analyses and strategic plans.
• Ability to develop relationships with business representatives.
• Ability to extract large data sets and summarize trends.
• Able to synthesize information into actionable recommendations.
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• OLAP experience is a plus.
• Bilingual English/Korean preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day financial activities of the organization.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policy.
• Support ARC CFO in budgeting, forecasting and month-end closing.
• Develop and implement long-term financial strategies and KPIs.
• Drive sales, profit and growth analysis and risk mitigation.
• Create annual financial and KPI plans with top-down and bottom-up input.
• Evaluate sales performance via KPI development and measurement.
• Prepare monthly KPI reports and ad-hoc analyses for leadership.
• Participate in process improvement projects and performance reviews.
• Foster continuous improvement through data-driven recommendations.
