Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Eight years of professional finance experience.
• Working knowledge of IFRS and U.S. GAAP.
• Advanced accounting, treasury, and corporate finance knowledge, including variance analysis.
• Advanced Excel (pivot tables, macros) and PowerPoint/Word proficiency.
• Experience with OLAP databases and executive-level reporting.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to build financial models and present clearly.
• Professional fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead business planning, forecasting, budgeting, cash flow management, risk analysis, and executive reporting.
• Analyze financial, operational, and workforce data to support decisions.
• Develop and maintain short, mid, and long-term financial plans and forecasts.
• Provide management with financial information and recommendations to meet objectives.
• Lead complex financial analysis projects and in-depth evaluations of plans.
• Manage budgeting, cash flow planning, and risk outlook activities.
• Improve methods for financial analysis, reporting, and presentations.
• Monitor revenue and expenditures and develop reports for projections.
• Maintain records of assets, liabilities, and transactions.
• Develop processes to capture and report financial performance, including deferred revenue.
• Collect and evaluate workforce metrics for forecasting and scenario planning.
• Prepare and deliver management presentations on operations, performance, and outlook.
• Communicate with headquarters and the parent company as needed.
