Job summary

LG Electronics USA is seeking a planning professional to support financial and KPI planning for the Home Appliance Planning Team. You will coordinate with Sales, Product Management, and Finance to analyze data and drive performance.

The role emphasizes data mining, KPI development, and cross-functional collaboration to inform strategy and improve profitability. A Bachelor’s degree and 5–7 years of planning experience are preferred, with strong Excel skills and Korean language ability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Planning or related field.
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Experience extracting large data sets and summarizing trends.
• Ability to synthesize information into actionable recommendations.
• Bilingual English/Korean able to read/write Korean.

Responsibilities

• Drive development and implementation of business visions, strategies, and long-term priorities.
• Manage department financials by meeting sales, profit, and growth goals and analyzing trends.
• Develop annual financial and KPI plans with top-down and bottom-up input.
• Evaluate performance of sales individuals via KPI development and measurement.
• Organize data for monthly KPI reports and communicate findings to leadership.
• Collaborate with Sales, Planning, and Finance to align on reporting standards.
