Job summary

Alta Equipment Company’s Ecoverse division in Avon, OH seeks a Sr. Finance Business Partner to drive financial performance and strategic alignment. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and KPI reporting while partnering with senior leaders to optimize margins and investments.

The role requires collaboration with corporate accounting and a focus on timely GAAP reporting and financial discipline across the division.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• 4+ years in FP&A, business partnering, or operational finance roles.
• Experience in capital-intensive industries such as construction equipment, manufacturing, or industrial services.
• Strong proficiency with financial systems and data visualization tools.
• Ability to communicate financial insights to senior executives and drive cross-functional alignment.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for the division.
• Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives and investments.
• Analyze variances, identify risks/opportunities, and drive corrective actions.
• Present monthly updates with KPI dashboards and strategic commentary.
