Job summary

Knorr Bremse Group seeks an experienced FP&A leader to drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting in a hybrid on-site/remote role in Avon, OH. You will partner with business and operations to ensure sound decisions, develop and maintain reports, and mentor FP&A analysts.

The position demands strong analytical skills and expertise in SAP and data warehousing. The role supports strategic planning, collaborates across finance and operations, and requires 5–10 years of accounting/finance

Qualifications

• IFRS and FP&A knowledge required.
• Experience with SAP, S/4 Hana, and data warehouse tools.
• Strong analytical and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead annual budget process and FP&A activities.
• Drive monthly financial reporting and explain variances.
• Support strategic planning and data-driven decision making.
• Mentor FP&A analysts and drive ad hoc data requests.
• Collaborate with business leaders on month-end close and reporting.
