Job summary

Pluto Healthcare Staffing, LLC is seeking a Senior Manager Finance Operations to own payroll, invoicing, AR, AP, and monthly close. The role leads the Finance Operations team and reports to ownership, with hands-on responsibility for payroll and cash application during peak periods.

You will manage banking operations, multi-state tax compliance, and licensing, ensuring accurate monthly closes and reconciled balance sheets. Strong leadership and system familiarity are required.

Qualifications

• CPP certification is preferred.
• Experience leading payroll for multi-state teams.
• Strong track record owning monthly close and GL reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee weekly multi-state payroll for travel and local clinicians and resolve discrepancies.
• Own invoicing, AR, and collections including DSO management.
