Job summary

The Pharmacy Hub in Davie, FL is seeking a Senior Financial Controller to own the integrity of accounting operations, close processes, and financial reporting. You will lead ERP initiatives, strengthen internal controls, and partner with operations to enable scalable growth.

You will manage auditors, implement standardized procedures, and drive automation across AP, AR, and inventory while reporting to the CFO. This is an on-site role requiring a hands-on, cross-functional leader.

Qualifications

• US-based Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 8–15 years progressive accounting experience including 3–5 years in leadership.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and monthly/annual close experience.
• Hands-on ERP implementation or migration experience; NetSuite preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual close cycles across entities with journal entries and reconciliations.
• Prepare US GAAP financial statements and provide variance analysis to CFO.
• Lead ERP selection, implementation, and automation of AP/AR/inventory controls.
• Develop scalable processes and internal controls; train cross-functional teams.
