Job summary

The Pharmacy Hub is seeking a Senior Financial Controller to oversee the integrity of accounting operations, close processes, and financial reporting. You will partner with operations, warehousing, and procurement to strengthen financial processes and scalability, including ERP implementation and automated controls.

The role reports to the CFO and leads the Senior Accountant, Financial Analyst, and AR Specialist, with a strong emphasis on audit readiness and internal controls.

Qualifications

• US GAAP close processes and external audit readiness.
• Experience implementing or migrating ERP systems (NetSuite preferred).
• Hands-on leadership of finance teams across AP, AR, and inventory.
• Strong collaboration with Operations, Warehousing and Procurement.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual close; prepare journal entries and reconciliations.
• Prepare US GAAP financial statements and present variance analyses.
• Lead ERP evaluation, selection, and migration with minimal operational disruption.
• Build and optimize AP and AR processes, including automation of workflows.
• Develop inventory controls and align with warehouse operations within ERP.
• Manage external auditors and ensure audit readiness year-round.
• Train non-financial staff on financial processes and controls.
