Korn Ferry is partnering with our client to fill the Finance Manager II – Supply Chain role located in Northwest Houston. This hybrid position involves leading a Finance team across multiple manufacturing facilities, guiding monthly close, forecasting, and capital investments, while partnering with plant leadership to improve financial and operational performance.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 8–10+ years of progressive Finance/Accounting experience.
• Previous people leadership and supervisory experience.
• Supply Chain Finance experience in manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and SOX.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary Finance business partner for multiple manufacturing facilities in the Southern Supply Chain network.
• Lead and develop a Finance team across plant locations.
• Oversee monthly close, forecasting, and annual planning processes.
• Analyze financial performance and explain variances to plan and prior-year results.
• Drive cost savings, operating efficiency, and capital investment decisions.
• Ensure SOX and GAAP compliance and strong financial controls.
