Resumonk is seeking a Senior Finance Manager / Management Accountant to own the end-to-end financial close, consolidations, and SaaS metrics within a rapidly expanding multi-entity environment. This role interfaces with executive leadership to drive strategic financial visibility and roadmap execution.

We require a seasoned professional with 7+ years of accounting/finance experience, strong Excel skills, and excellent English communication for senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience with senior responsibilities.
• Experience in B2B SaaS, subscription-based tech, or recurring revenue software.
• Advanced Excel modeling for financial analysis and forecasting.
• Excellent written and verbal English for senior stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Own month-end close, consolidations, multi-entity reporting.
• Transition close activities from external advisers to in-house finance.
• Streamline close processes to reduce timelines (2–3 weeks).
• Prepare consolidated P&L, balance sheets and cash flow with audit-ready documentation.
• Deliver monthly management accounts with commercial commentary on drivers.
• Perform budget vs. actual and variance analyses; develop forecasts.
• Track SaaS metrics (MRR/ARR/Churn) and revenue recognition.
• Support post-acquisition integrations and drive process automation.
