Job summary

BDO USA, LLP seeks an Experienced Manager, Consolidations & Reporting to lead critical accounting activities across a multi-entity organization. You will oversee financial consolidations, intercompany eliminations, and cash flow reporting, ensuring accurate, timely results while strengthening internal controls.

You will direct the close calendar, manage the accounting hierarchy, and partner with Finance groups to drive process improvements and data quality.

Qualifications

• Ten (10) or more years of progressive accounting experience
• Five (5) or more years of management experience
• Experience leading consolidations in a multi-entity environment
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and consolidated reporting
• Experience with large ERP/consolidation platforms such as Oracle/OneStream

Responsibilities

• Owns monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation process for domestic and international entities
• Directs intercompany eliminations documentation and policy enforcement
• Maintains legal-entity accounting hierarchy and records for formations and changes
• Leads preparation of the consolidated cash flow statement and supporting schedules
• Drives process improvement and automation across close and reporting processes
• Partners with Finance teams on transactions, forecasts, and organizational changes
