Job Description: BGRE creates the premier offices the world’s most ambitious businesses thrive in – shaped by the spirit of hospitality, operating expertise, and tenant experience needed to compete at the front. We are seeking a Director to lead our Regional FP&A team for the North America Office portfolio, reporting to the Vice President, Finance. This role will drive consolidation and financial strategy across North America to support executive decision-making, while remaining involved in the details to contribute directly to forecasting and budgeting.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred 8–10 years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role Experience working in commercial office real estate preferred. Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills Deep understanding of corporate finance, accounting principles, and strategic planning Proven ability to present complex financial information to senior executives and non‑financial stakeholders. Experience with financial systems such as Yardi Voyage Experience leading the adoption of AI‑enabled tools and workflows to improve financial planning, reporting, and operational efficiency Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI). Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to be flexible and dynamic as the business moves and changes are made Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a small team
