Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive financial experience, preferably including supply chain finance.
• Experience partnering with operational leaders to drive business performance.

Responsibilities

• Plant Financial Leadership: lead finance for Florence site, oversee P&L, inventory, capex, and productivity initiatives.
• Operational Finance Partnership: collaborate with operations to drive productivity, cost reduction, and cash improvement.
• Forecasting, Reporting & Budgeting: lead monthly pacing, forecasting, and closing cycles; support budgeting activities.
• Continuous Improvement: drive simplification, standardization, and automation; leverage Power BI for reporting and decision-making.
• People Leadership: coach and develop finance talent, including the Financial Management Program.
