Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive financial experience.
• Experience in supply chain finance preferred.
• Experience partnering with operational leaders to drive performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead plant P&L, inventory, capex, and productivity initiatives for the Florence site.
• Partner with operations to drive productivity, cost reduction, and cash improvement.
• Lead monthly pacing, forecasting, closing cycles, and budgeting activities.
• Drive process simplification, standardization, and automation using Power BI.
