Akima, LLC is hiring a Senior Finance Manager to partner with Operations across subsidiaries within the Facilities Solutions Group. You will drive financial planning, reporting, and analysis, interfacing with senior leaders, corporate staff, and government compliance teams.

Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, close processes, and quarterly reviews, with exposure to Deltek Costpoint and Cognos. The role emphasizes compliance, rate management, and ad hoc analyses in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA preferred.
• 10+ years in financial management, preferably for Federal contractors.
• Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access).
• Experience with Deltek Costpoint and government contract types (T&M, CPFF, FFP).
• Understanding of GAAP, revenue recognition, and indirect rates.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, analysis, and reporting for subsidiaries within the Facilities Solutions Group.
• Manage budgeting/forecasting, close processes, and performance metrics with variance analysis.
• Prepare quarterly business reviews and ensure rate pools and billing rates integrity.
• Support audit responses, compliance, and DCAA interactions.
• Monitor AR aging and assist in cost/price proposals.
