You will maintain a CLIN database, reconcile vendor invoices, forecast option-year budgets, and administer LOE and cost-type contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and at least five years of government contract experience.
• Alternative: high school/vocational diploma with 10 years of financial management experience and 6 years accounting.
• Proficiency in Excel and Access Database.
• Extensive knowledge of accounting procedures and government contract management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prepare financial reports and forecasts.
• Ability to obtain a secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Track, analyze, and report financial data for government contracts.
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements and budgets.
• Develop and maintain a CLIN database for all contract purchases.
• Reconcile and approve vendor invoices.
• Forecast option year budgets.
• Review cash requirements and prepare for procurement.
