Job summary

Ahold Delhaize USA is seeking a Manager III eCommerce Finance to provide complex analytical support, own budgeting, forecasting and reporting processes. This hybrid role requires understanding of eCommerce and Digital landscapes and entails working across functions to drive strategic financial outcomes.

The position supports senior leadership with insights, builds robust financial models, and leads cross-functional initiatives across multiple U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field; 7+ years in Accounting/Finance, Master's/MBA preferred.
• Advanced Excel/Modeling proficiency and ability to build financial models.
• Experience preparing exec-level materials and communicating insights clearly.
• Experience with AP, BCP and financial controls.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate deep understanding of eCommerce and Digital finance issues.
• Support leadership with clear results insights and key performance drivers.
• Identify and develop financial reporting needs for senior management and risk analysis.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses to evaluate opportunities and mitigate risks.
• Identify trends and provide actionable financial insights.
• Manage LRP, Budget, Forecasts, and period reporting processes and templates.
• Ensure forecasts and budgets reflect operational realities and initiatives.
• Develop robust business cases for strategic questions and expansion opportunities.
• Evaluate competitive data sources to support ongoing insights and processes.
• Develop advanced dashboards for leadership on risk and performance.
