Job summary

Ahold Delhaize USA is seeking a Manager III eCommerce Finance to provide complex analytical support and own the budget, forecast, and reporting process. This strategic role requires understanding of eCommerce and digital growth areas and offers a hybrid schedule with 3 in-person days at core locations and 2 remote days.

The role drives leadership insights, builds robust financial models, and collaborates across functions to align forecasts with organizational priorities and risk management.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
• 7+ years of broad experience in Accounting or Finance; 10+ years preferred.
• Master's degree or MBA preferred.
• Advanced Excel/Model Building is required.
• Experience preparing exec-level materials and effective communication.
• AP, BCP experience.
• Strong sense of urgency and self-starter attitude.
• Ability to break down complex issues and develop succinct recommendations.
• Experience leading complex initiatives across functions and stakeholders.
• Data-driven with strong storytelling to influence decisions.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate deep understanding of eCommerce and Digital issues and opportunities.
• Support leadership with clear results, drivers, and actionable insights.
• Develop financial reporting needs for executives and management.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses to evaluate opportunities and mitigate risks.
• Identify, research, and understand trends impacting business.
• Manage LRP, Budget, Forecasts, and period reporting processes.
• Create robust business cases for ad-hoc strategic questions.
• Evaluate competitive data sources to support insights and ongoing processes.
• Develop and deliver advanced dashboards and risk assessments for leadership.
• Perform additional duties to support business needs and company values.
