Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field with 7+ years of experience; MBA preferred
• Advanced Excel/Model Building
• Experience preparing exec-level materials and communicating effectively
• AP, BCP experience
• Strong sense of urgency and self-starter mindset
• Ability to break down complex issues and formulate hypotheses
• Experience leading complex initiatives across functions
• Experience aligning top-down strategy with bottom-up execution
• Data-driven decision making and storytelling through data

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate deep understanding of eCommerce and Digital issues and opportunities
• Support senior leadership with clear results, drivers, and actionable insights
• Identify and develop financial reporting needs for leadership and risk analysis
• Perform ad hoc analysis to evaluate opportunities and mitigate risks
• Identify, research, and understand trends
• Manage LRP, Budget, Forecasts, and period reporting including financial models
• Coordinate forecasting, planning, and budgeting across functions
• Improve forecasting techniques and leverage financial systems for decision making
• Build robust business cases for strategic questions and market expansion
• Evaluate competitive data sources to support insights and processes
• Develop and deliver advanced dashboards for leadership risk assessments and insights
• Other duties to support business needs and values
