Job summary

Ahold Delhaize USA is seeking a Manager III eCommerce Finance to lead complex financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting in a hybrid work model. The role partners with senior leadership to transform eCommerce and digital finance, delivering actionable insights and robust financial models.

The position requires 7+ years in finance/accounting (MBA preferred), advanced Excel, and experience presenting exec-level materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field; 7+ years in Accounting/Finance; Master's or MBA preferred.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling required.
• Experience preparing exec-level materials and effective communication.
• Experience with AP and BCP processes.
• Ability to break down complex issues, test hypotheses, and provide concise recommendations.
• Proven track record leading complex initiatives across functions.
• Experience balancing top-down strategy with bottom-up execution.
• Data-driven decision making and storytelling to influence strategy.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and communicate results with key drivers and actionable insights.
• Support senior leadership with financial reporting needs and risk analysis.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses to evaluate opportunities and mitigate risks.
• Identify trends and develop robust forecasting and budgeting processes.
• Maintain financial models and submission templates for LRP, Budget, Forecasts.
• Create dashboards and tools to deliver leadership with risk assessments.
• Collaborate across functions to align forecasts with strategic objectives.
