Job summary

Ahold Delhaize USA is seeking a Manager III eCommerce Finance to provide complex analytical support and own budget, forecast and reporting processes. The role requires deep understanding of the eCommerce and Digital landscape and collaboration with senior leadership across functions.

Based in Salisbury, NC with a flexible hybrid schedule (3 in-person days, 2 remote days), you will build financial models, deliver executive-level materials, and drive strategic initiatives to improve performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field; 7+ years in accounting/finance.
• Master's degree or MBA preferred.
• Advanced Excel/Model Building.
• Experience preparing exec level materials; effective communicator.
• AP, BCP experience.
• Strong sense of urgency; self-starter.
• Ability to break down complex issues and test hypotheses.
• Experience leading complex initiatives across functions.

Responsibilities

• Provide complex analytical support and own budget, forecast and reporting process.
• Support senior leadership with results and actionable insights.
• Develop financial reporting needs for leadership and management.
• Ad hoc analysis to evaluate opportunities and mitigate risks.
• Identify, research, and understand trends.
• Manage LRP, budget, forecasts and period reporting; maintain financial models and templates.
• Ensure forecasts, plans, budgets reflect operational realities and initiatives.
• Build robust business cases for strategic questions and market expansion.
• Develop reporting tools and dashboards for leadership risk assessments.
