Job summary

Inflow is seeking a Budget/Financial Analyst to provide analytical support for DoD and government programs from its Linthicum Heights, Maryland location. You'll conduct budget formulation, forecasting, and financial documentation across highly technical programs, delivering actionable insights to optimize resources.

Requirements include active Top Secret/SCI clearance and advanced experience with PPBE, ABIDES, iRMIS, PBES, and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance required.
• Budget and data analysis experience required to inform financial planning.
• Extensive experience with manpower and budgetary databases.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial and manpower data from government systems to identify trends and gaps.
• Develop long-range financial plans, budgets and multi-year funding profiles.
• Monitor and execute approved financial plans and provide data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support strategic objectives.

Education

Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years relevant experience

Master’s degree and 8+ years relevant experience
