Job summary

Tract Capital Management seeks a Senior Finance Manager to shape and execute the company’s financial strategy, oversee planning cycles, optimize costs, and deliver data-driven insights to support growth in digital infrastructure.

This role starts as an individual contributor and will evolve into team leadership, collaborating with Design, Engineering, Construction, and Procurement to align financial plans with operational goals and capital allocation decisions for data center expansion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA is a plus.
• 2+2

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage financial planning cycles, including annual budgets, monthly/quarterly forecasts, and financial reviews.
• Provide in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend monitoring, and benchmarking, to deliver actionable insights.
• Forecast and optimize data center-related costs, ensuring financial efficiency and strategic cost management.
