MAVI places experienced finance and accounting professionals into senior, high-ownership roles at US companies. This fully remote Senior Finance Manager role, based in Chile, owns the close and core financial reporting for a high-growth consumer brand.

You will build budgets, forecast, and management reporting, working with Controllers, CFOs, and founders; reconciling multi-channel sales; US GAAP; and driving strategic planning while staying with MAVI for ongoing, long-term engagement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years accounting and finance experience as the foundation.
• Experience in accounting for CPG, ecommerce, or retail with multichannel sales.
• Hands-on ownership of month-end close processes.
• US GAAP or IFRS with exposure to US, UK, Canada or Australia.
• Experience building budgets, forecasts, or budget-versus-actual reporting.
• Strong financial modeling in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems such as NetSuite, Sage Intacct, QuickBooks Online, or Xero.
• Strong written and spoken English for daily collaboration with US teams.
• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent qualification.

Responsabilités

• Own the close monthly, quarterly, and annual close cycles.
• Prepare P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements under US GAAP.
• Build budget, rolling forecast, and management reporting.
• Deliver monthly budget vs actual analysis with KPIs.
• Maintain cash forecast and support hiring and spend planning.
• Reconcile sales from Shopify, Amazon, Walmart to GL.
• Analyze margins by channel and SKU to inform pricing and forecasts.
