Base pay range

$130,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr

Key Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes with accuracy and insight
• Develop and enhance financial models to support strategic decision-making
• Translate complex datasets into compelling financial narratives and dashboards
• Conduct ROI, risk, and performance analyses to support growth and efficiency
• Present key findings and recommendations to senior leadership and executive boards
• Drive automation and process improvements across finance functions
• Leverage AI and Business Intelligence tools to elevate reporting and forecasting
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative, high-performance culture

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 5+ years of progressive finance experience (FP&A, financial modeling, analysis)
• Prior exposure to consumer goods or manufacturing industries is preferred
• Proficiency in modern BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and a working knowledge of AI in finance
• Ability to synthesize data into actionable insights with a strong storytelling mindset
