Winnebago Community Credit Union seeks a Vice President of Finance to lead the financial operations, ALM, budgeting, and regulatory compliance. You will partner with the CEO and Board to shape strategy, manage risk, and drive member-focused growth.

You will oversee accounting, reporting, and treasury functions, ensuring accurate GAAP-compliant statements and timely board presentations while cultivating a high-performing finance team.

Formación

• Expert understanding of GAAP and regulatory requirements for financial institutions.
• Strong leadership and people-management capabilities with ability to mentor a team.
• Ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights for senior leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development and execution of short- and long-term financial strategies.
• Advise CEO and board on financial planning, risk management, and growth opportunities.
• Oversee accounting functions including GL, AP/AR, and month-end close.
• Ensure GAAP-compliant financial reporting and regulatory compliance.
• Manage liquidity, ALM, and balance sheet optimization.
• Present regular financial reports to CEO and Board of Directors.
