Qualifications

• Professional, well-developed interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
• Minimum of 2 years managerial experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, management or tenured experience in a similar role.
• Ability to perform responsibilities with composure under stress and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Direct all Credit Union operations and implement policies.
• Manage day-to-day operations for consistent service to members.
• Ensure equipment, supplies and space are adequate for operations.
• Support branch managers with daily operations and guidance.
• Keep President/VP informed on conditions and operations.
• Monitor teller activity, new memberships and product sales.
• Oversee hiring, promotions, transfers and terminations.
• Evaluate staff performance and address issues.
