orsa credit union seeks a strategic VP of Finance to lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning, partnering with executives to align resources with the organization’s mission. You will own the annual budget, rolling forecasts, ALCO reporting, and scenario analyses, while developing forward-looking models and guiding budget owners to deliver accurate results.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field or equivalent experience.
Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting with driver-based models.
Experience in a financial institution and familiarity with ALM, net worth, and regulatory measures.

Responsabilités

Oversee the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting function as the CFO’s primary partner.
Coordinate with accounting to align budget, forecast, and actual results with the general ledger.
Provide advisory support to executive leadership and budget owners to clarify tradeoffs and decisions.
Lead end-to-end budget development and rolling forecasts, and maintain forecasting models.
