Job summary

RTX is seeking a Senior Finance Manager for the Counter Unmanned Aircraft Systems business within Land & Air Defense Systems. This role drives international and strategy portfolios, leads a growing team, and partners with senior CUAS leadership to deliver reliable forecasts and EACs in a hybrid onsite/remote setting near Andover, MA.

The ideal candidate will have extensive P&L ownership, FP&A expertise, and strong communication with executives across functions, enabling informed

Qualifications

Bachelor degree and 12+ years of experience, or advanced degree with 10+ years in finance.
P&L ownership or financial planning experience.
Experience automating data using MS Office products.
Experience interfacing with Senior Management/VP level personnel.

Responsibilities

Lead program controls, earned value, and EAC processes for CUAS portfolios.
Provide financial direction, consolidate forecasts and EACs; support management reviews.
Partner with senior leadership across functions to align on financial strategy.
Support risk and opportunity management and long-term growth planning.
