Westlake Chemical Corporation seeks a senior finance leader to guide the STW (Siding, Trim, Windows & DaVinci) units. You will provide robust financial leadership, analytics, and decision support to STW heads, ensuring accurate accounting under US GAAP and strong internal controls.

Responsibilities include oversight of monthly close, forecasts, budgets, and cross-site reporting, with a focus on driving performance, M&A integration support, and process improvements across STW operations.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in Accounting or Finance; 10+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• CPA and/or MBA preferred.
• Knowledge of cost accounting in manufacturing.
• Strong analytical and leadership capabilities.
• Ten years plus of supervisory/management experience.
• Proficiency with Excel and MS Office; SAP/BPC/JDE experience.

Responsabilités

• Provide senior financial leadership for STW segments and monthly close.
• Oversee monthly close, forecasting, and annual budget for STW.
• Ensure US GAAP compliance and SOX controls across STW.
• Coordinate internal and external audits for timely responses.
• Drive cost accounting, standard costing, variance analysis across sites.
• Lead FP&A teams and plant-level reporting and reserves.
