Job summary

Westlake seeks a senior finance leader to direct the STW business units' accounting and financial planning. You will oversee monthly closes, forecasting, budgeting, and cross-site analysis to drive performance and accuracy.

You will partner with STW leaders to ensure robust financial insight, manage SOX controls, and coordinate internal/external audits. Experience with SAP/BPC/JDE is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in accounting or finance; CPA or MBA preferred.
• Extensive experience in US GAAP and SOX controls; manufacturing or industrial sector experience.
• Strong analytical abilities and ability to influence strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial leadership and analytical support for STW business units.
• Partner with operations heads to influence strategic decisions and drive performance.
• Oversee monthly close for STW to ensure US GAAP compliance and issue resolution.
• Drive forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning across STW sites.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure timely responses and remediation.
• Lead cost accounting, standard costing, variance analysis, and financial reporting across sites.
• Oversee FP&A teams in monthly forecasting, plant-level results, and reserves.
• Support M&A activities and integration with Westlake standards.
• Develop staff through coaching in cost accounting and financial analysis tools.
