Job summary

Westlake Chemical seeks a senior finance leader for the Siding, Trim, and Windows and DaVinci (STW) units. You will provide robust financial leadership, analysis, and monthly reporting to executives.

Responsibilities include close, budgeting, forecasting, and supporting growth initiatives with strong SOX controls. The role requires extensive accounting experience, manufacturing exposure, and leadership across cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial results and strategic decision

Qualifications

• Ten+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• CPA and/or MBA preferred.
• Knowledge of US GAAP, cost accounting, and financial statement prep required.
• Experience in manufacturing cost structures and standard costing would be a plus.
• Supervisory/Management experience of a team across sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead STW accounting during monthly close to ensure US GAAP compliance and accuracy.
• Serve as a partner to finance and operations leaders to influence strategic decisions and drive STW performance.
• Oversee monthly close, forecasting, and annual budgeting for STW across sites.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure SOX controls are tested and documented.
• Drive process improvements in cost accounting, variances, and financial reporting across locations.
