Westlake Chemical is seeking a Senior Finance Leader for the Siding, Trim, Windows and DaVinci (STW) units to provide robust financial leadership and strategic analysis. The role oversees US GAAP close, SOX compliance, and monthly results for Executive Management.

The position leads budgeting and forecasting for STW, supports growth initiatives and M&A activities, and collaborates with regional finance teams to ensure consistency and performance across sites.

Qualificações

• Requires strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial accounting standards.
• Experience with SOX controls and internal controls testing.
• Proven ability to deliver complex financial analysis and business partnering.

Responsabilidades

• Lead monthly close for STW, ensuring accurate reporting under US GAAP.
• Drive the budgeting and forecasting processes for STW, including plant-level cost analyses.
• Provide analytical support for business improvement, growth initiatives and M&A activities.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure timely responses and remediation.
• Coach and develop accounting and FP&A teams across multiple locations.
