Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a finance-related field is preferred.
• Strong systems skills including Excel, AI, BPC, Anaplan, and SAP; 4–7 years experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong ability to collaborate with business partners to drive priorities and strategy.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Team-oriented and supportive work approach.

Responsibilities

• Support reporting and analysis related to financial close, forecast cycles, balance sheet review, and AOP.
• Ensure finance operating rhythm with cross-functional coordination and communication.
• Work with financial reporting tools (experience with BPC and Anaplan a plus).
• Support Finance, Indirect Procurement, HR, and Legal partners with ad hoc reporting.
• Help streamline reporting and centralize analytics; drive process improvement.
• Act as liaison between Corporate Functions and FP&A for accurate reporting.
