Job summary

Westlake Chemical Corporation seeks a senior finance leader for Global Compounds & Dimex to partner with commercial and operations teams across NA, Europe and Asia. You will oversee accounting, monthly closes, budgeting and forecasting, while driving process improvements and M&A integration within the Westlake model.

Responsibilities include providing strategic financial insights, ensuring US GAAP and SOX compliance, coordinating audits, and leading a high-performing FP&A team across

Qualifications

• BS in Accounting or equivalent with 10+ years in accounting, preferably in manufacturing.
• CPA and/or MBA preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting, standard costing, and variances.
• Experience leading accounting/finance teams (10+ years).
• Proficiency with SAP/BPC/JDE and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-depth financial analysis and business intelligence.
• Partner with leadership to influence strategic decisions.
• Oversee monthly close in accordance with US GAAP and SOX.
• Coordinate budgets, forecasts, and long-range planning.
• Support M&A activities and integration projects.
• Ensure internal controls and SOX documentation/testing.
• Lead FP&A teams across multiple sites and regions.
