Job summary

Westlake in Houston is seeking a senior finance leader to partner with Global Compounds & Dimex commercial and operations teams across North America, Europe, and Asia. The role provides robust financial leadership and strategic analysis for a complex, global business.

Qualifications

B.S. degree in Accounting or equivalent with extensive accounting experience.
CPA and/or MBA preferred.
Strong knowledge of cost accounting in a manufacturing environment.
Experience leading accounting and finance teams; global context a plus.
Proficient with SAP, BPC and/or JDE; Excel proficiency required.

Responsibilities

Provide financial leadership and analytical support across regions (NA, Europe, Asia).
Oversee monthly close, forecasts, and annual budget for Global Compounds & Dimex.
Ensure US GAAP compliance, SOX controls, and robust financial controls.
Support M&A activity and integration efforts with cross-functional teams.
Coordinate with regional accounting leaders to ensure consistent reporting.
