Job summary

Tract Capital in Denver, CO is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to shape and execute our financial strategy. This role will oversee FP&A cycles, cost optimization, and data-driven insight generation, initially as an individual contributor and then as a leader of foundational financial processes and tools to support rapid growth.

You will partner with Design, Engineering, Construction, and Procurement to align financial plans with operations, manage capital allocation for data center investments,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA is a plus.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in Finance, including data center industry.
• Strong modeling, forecasting, and reporting skills with Excel, ERP, and BI tools.
• Excellent cross-functional communication and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A cycles: budgets, forecasts, and reviews.
• Model ROI/NPV/IRR for data center investments and capital allocation.
• Create reports and dashboards for executives using NetSuite, Excel, and BI tools.
• Collaborate with Design, Engineering, Construction, and Procurement to align financial plans with operations.
