Raytheon is seeking a Finance Growth and Program Excellence analyst within the Naval Power Finance team. You will work with Finance Growth & Program Excellence leadership to drive financial discipline across new business capture, startup, and program cost control in a hybrid environment.

Required are a finance/analytics background, SAP/BW/PRISM experience, and strong data synthesis skills. Occasional travel to MA, AZ and TX is expected; US citizenship is required for access to information.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics with 8 years of work experience in Financial Management/Leadership
Financial controls or Financial Planning experience
In‑depth knowledge of SAP, BW, PRISM, APEX EV, PM Tools or equivalent financial systems
Experience synthesizing data sets and summarizing for leadership review
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

Provide focused program controls and capture best practice leadership to help business navigate growth
Manage and support MA program capture and startup
Drive cost control across new business and development programs
Collaborate with finance teams to develop common playbooks for program personas
Conduct independent reviews and promote standard financial structures across Naval Power
Support hand-offs of key financial items from capture to startup
