Reframe Systems in Andover, MA is seeking a Financial Analyst to drive FP&A, operational finance, and strategic planning for our hardware manufacturing startup.

You will define unit economics for modular microfactories, track BOM cost reductions, and build financial visibility as we scale from 1 to 10. This high-visibility role is ideal for a data-driven finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and partners across Engineering, Software, and Factory Operations.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in FP&A, corporate finance, or startup finance roles.
• Experience with hardware, manufacturing, robotics, or construction/real estate finance.
• Proven ability to build scalable 3-statement models from scratch.

Responsibilities

• FP&A and corporate financial modeling.
• Financial planning & budgeting: maintain 3-statement model, forecasts, and annual budget.
• Variance analysis: track actuals vs budget (revenue, expenses, capex).
• Executive & board reporting: dashboards and strategic decks.
• Factory ops & unit economics: model BOM costs, labor rates, factory overhead absorption.
• Capital allocation: ROI models for equipment purchases and expansion.
