Job summary

Technology Holdings is seeking a hands-on finance professional to run day-to-day accounting for several international entities, coordinating with our Finance & Compliance Manager and country accountants. This fully remote role offers exposure across currencies, jurisdictions, and a needs-driven close process.

You will handle bookkeeping, month-end close, multi-currency transactions in GBP, USD, EUR and INR, client invoicing, reconciliations, statutory and tax support, MIS reporting, and

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years (Executive) in accounting or finance operations, having handled a full set of books through to trial balance.
• Experience across more than one legal entity, ideally in more than one country.
• Multi-currency accounting and strong reconciliation skills, with the persistence to trace a difference to its cause.
• Strong Excel - pivot tables and lookups. Power Query is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with Xero, Zoho Books, QuickBooks or Tally Prime.
• Clear written English for direct contact with UK and US accountants, auditors and banks, and the discipline to work well remotely.
• CA Inter, CMA Inter, ACCA (part-qualified), M.Com, MBA (Finance) or B.Com. An international, financial services or outsourcing background is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day bookkeeping, journal entries and month-end close across a group of international entities.
• Accounting for multi-currency transactions in GBP, USD, EUR and INR, including exchange differences.
• Client invoicing and receivables follow-up; vendor invoices, coding and preparing payments for approval.
• Monthly reconciliations across bank, vendor, customer, payroll, tax and inter-company balances, investigating and resolving any differences.
• Coordinating with our external accountants and advisers in each country so statutory, tax and compliance deadlines are met, and supporting audits.
• Monthly MIS reporting and maintaining the finance trackers.
• Maintaining trackers and coordinating renewals for company insurance policies, including EPLI, D&O, Health, Travel and other applicable policies.
• Supporting entity incorporation, apostille, registrations and other statutory/compliance activities across various geographies by coordinating with external consultants and vendors.
• Undertake such other duties, tasks and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time in line with business requirements.
