Moog Inc. in Buffalo, NY is seeking a Senior Finance Director to lead the Commercial Aircraft finance organization on-site in East Aurora. You will partner with leadership to shape division strategy, deliver robust financial modeling, and provide strategic guidance across the group, divisions, and sites.

This role reports to the GVP - Finance. You will guide budgeting, forecasting, and governance, while recruiting and developing a high-performing team and driving continuous improvement in

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. MBA/CPA preferred.
• Over 15 years of progressive experience in accounting, finance, or FP&A, Aerospace/Defense preferred but not required.
• Over 10 years of leading and coaching finance teams.
• Experience in ASC 606 long-term accounting and complex financial transactions.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and develop direct reports.
• Relocation to East Aurora, NY and on-site presence required.

Responsabilidades

• Finance business partnership to enable division strategy via financial modeling and decision support.
• Executive reporting of financial results to CAG Executive Team.
• Lead the finance organization for balance sheet, P&L, and cash flow across group, divisions, and sites.
• Annual and long-range budgeting and quarterly forecasting.
• Participate in major proposals with cost analysis, pricing, and negotiations.
• Improve governance to reduce costs, optimize inventory, and improve free cash flow.
• Recruit, coach, and develop direct reports; drive continuous improvement.
