Job summary

Moog Inc. is seeking a Finance Business Partner for the Commercial OEM Programs to collaborate with Directors, Engineering, and Planning to drive program financial performance.

The role focuses on forecasting, cost control, and financial reporting, including EACs, variance analysis, and KPI development. Onsite at Buffalo, NY, with strong emphasis on cross-functional teamwork and strategic finance leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field.
• Minimum of seven years in finance, accounting, or auditing.
• Proficiency in Excel with complex spreadsheets and financial modelling.
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic team and adapt to priorities.
• Ability to identify and resolve complex financial issues.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain customer-centric relationships.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Program Directors, Program Managers, Engineering, and Planning to understand objectives and support program execution.
• Develop program financial metrics, monitor performance, and drive accountability for financial objectives.
• Support forecasting, EACs, cost performance monitoring, and risk/opportunity assessments.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities including journal entries and reporting.
• Analyze results and prepare monthly/quarterly variance reports against forecast and budget.
• Develop dashboards and analytics to improve visibility into program performance.
