The position is fully on-site in Sacramento or St. Louis with up to 30% travel; requires a Bachelor's in Finance or related field and 8+ years of experience, with an MBA preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field required.
• 8+ years of experience in finance or accounting.
• MBA preferred or highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Oversee budgeting processes and financial performance for assigned portfolios.
• Develop client-specific strategic financial initiatives and solutions.
• Ensure GAAP-compliant reporting and prepare regular financial reports for leadership.
• Support Operations with budget preparation, reviews, and justification documentation.
• Provide visibility into current financial performance through timely reporting and analysis.
• Collaborate with Business Development on pricing strategies to protect financial integrity.
• Identify cost drivers and opportunities to improve pricing and competitiveness.
