Job summary

CEL Critical Power Ltd. in the US seeks a senior finance leader to run the US finance function within a fast-growing, project-driven manufacturing environment.

You will partner with operations, production, supply chain and executive leadership to scale financial performance and governance. Responsibilities include month-end close, project accounting, working capital management, and strategic commercial finance.

Qualifications

• 7–15+ years in finance with progression to senior leadership.
• Experience in manufacturing or project-based environments.
• Strong working capital and cash flow management skills.
• ERP and financial controls expertise.
• Experience with SAP Business ByDesign is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead US finance operations including month-end close, reporting, controls and compliance.
• Deliver accurate and timely monthly management accounts.
• Manage working capital and project profitability reporting.
• Partner with operations, production and commercial teams on performance.
• Drive SAP ByDesign and Power BI-based reporting improvements.
