Connexion Systems & Engineering Inc. is seeking a Plant Controller to lead the USA manufacturing finance function, ensuring accurate reporting, strong controls and effective planning. You will develop staff, drive standardization of finance processes and enable data-driven decision making using Microsoft Copilot and 365 tools. The role partners with Plant leadership to improve profitability and execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or a related field.
• At least seven years of progressive accounting and controlling experience, including manufacturing and team leadership.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing cost accounting, inventory valuation, internal controls and financial reporting.
• Experience leading budgets, forecasts, audits and cross-functional performance reviews.
• Proven ability to redesign processes and drive measurable efficiency or control improvements.

Responsabilités

• Own the integrity, timeliness and completeness of USA financial reporting.
• Prepare USA budget and forecasts; challenge assumptions and coordinate actions.
• Oversee accounting operations including general ledger, cost accounting and payroll controls.
• Analyze revenue, manufacturing costs, SG&A, working capital and cash flow.
• Lead product-costing governance, inventory valuation and variance analysis.
• Partner with Operations and leadership to quantify project benefits and monitor savings.
