ExcelliSearch, Inc. seeks a seasoned Business Segment Controller to lead the site finance function for a growing manufacturing business unit. You will own financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cost accounting, acting as a strategic partner to the business unit manager.

Reporting to the Division VP of Business Unit Finance, you will drive working capital optimization, product costing, inventory controls, and compliance with US GAAP and SOX while mentoring a team and supporting audits.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive manufacturing accounting and finance experience.
• 3-5 years of leadership or management experience.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, US GAAP, ASC 606, and SOX 404.
• Product cost accounting, inventory management, and working capital optimization.
• Public company and M&A experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, month-end close, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
• Budgets & forecasts, analyzing revenue, profitability, expenses, and working capital.
• Monitor KPIs, improve productivity, reduce costs, and support product development.
• Oversee product costing, inventory valuation, physical counts, and obsolescence reserves.
• Drive working capital improvements across AR, inventory, and AP.
• Evaluate capital expenditures and prepare financial analyses, including NPV calculations.
• Compliance with US GAAP, SOX, internal controls, and company policies.
• Support internal and external audits and divisional reporting requirements.

Formation

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
