Job summary

RENA North America seeks a Controller to oversee the full spectrum of financial management, reporting, budgeting, and cost accounting. The role partners with executive leadership and operations to drive performance, ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, and maintain strong internal controls.

Responsible for manufacturing cost management, financial planning, and cross-functional collaboration to support growth. Must guide audits, system improvements, and strategic initiatives in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7+ years of accounting/finance experience.
• 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
• Cost accounting and financial planning experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Prepare financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning cycles.
• Manage manufacturing cost accounting, inventory, and cost analyses.
• Provide financial analysis and guidance to leadership during pricing and contracts.
• Ensure internal controls and regulatory compliance.
